MEET THE TEAM

  • TIM LOCHER

    PRINCIPAL

    Tim Locher is the co-founder and principal of Hawkeye Development. Tim is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over 30 years of experience spanning all product types. His diversified development background includes projects ranging from single tenant retail build-to- suits, to 3,000 acre master planned communities, and encompasses all phases of the project life cycle from inception, to stabilized operation or disposition. Tim is an Iowa native, graduating from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance. He escaped the harsh winters and made Arizona his home in 2017.

  • CLARK DIEPHOLZ

    PRINCIPAL

    Clark Diepholz is the co-founder and principal of Hawkeye Development. Clark has played key roles in the acquisition, entitlement, and construction of over 350,000 SF of high-value retail projects across the United States for multiple Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his professional experience, Clark is a mentor with New Pathways for Youth, where he provides social and emotional support, personal development, and life skills to local underprivileged youth. Clark also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and is a native Phoenician.
